Athletic Track Lane Distances

On many athletic tracks you are not allowed to use lane one when training, so just how far are you running when you use the other lanes to complete a lap of the track?

Enter the width of the lanes (normally 1.25 metres) and then select the 'Calculate' button.

The lane width is - metres
       
Lane 1 - metres Lane 5 - metres
Lane 2 - metres Lane 6 - metres
Lane 3 - metres Lane 7 - metres
Lane 4 - metres Lane 8 - metres
